Health ONE Anti-Nauseant

Active Ingredient - Dimenhydrinate (50mg).
Inactive ingredient - yellow No. 6, magnesium stearate, maltose- dextrose, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolate.

When using this product -avoid alcohol - drowsiness may occur - do not drive or engage in activities requiring alertness - excitability may occur, especially in children. Take at least 30 minutes and preferably 1 or 2 hours before travelling.

The usual adult dose is 1 to 2 tablets every 4 hours as needed.

If you are taking this medication for motion sickness, the first dose should be taken at least 30 minutes and preferably 1 to 2 hours before departure.
