For each common wart, only one treatment is necessary in many cases. Two weeks after treatment with Dr. Scholl's Freeze Away, common warts are usually gone. Plantar warts may require more than one treatment. If a wart, or part of it, is still there two weeks after treatment, you may then safely treat it again. Indication: For removing common and plantar warts. This easy-to-use kit has everything you need to quickly and effectively remove common and plantar warts, using one of the similar treatment methods that doctors use on their patients. Dr. School's Freeze Away freezes the wart immediately, causing the treated wart to fall off in as few as 10 days. By the time the wart falls off, healthy new skin will have formed underneath. Use Freeze Away wart remover only if you are sure that the skin condition is a common or a plantar wart. Treating a skin condition as a wart with Freeze Away® when it is not a wart, will delay proper treatment. This delay may lead to a more serious skin condition or disease. For removing common warts: Common warts are skin-colored, usually appear on the hands and feet and are recognized by the rough cauliflower-like appearance of the surface. They are harmless growths that consist of a center of inner skin (or connective) tissue with blood vessels covered with layers of outer skin (epidermis) tissue. For removing plantar warts: Plantar warts are recognized by their location only on the bottom of the foot, their tenderness, and the interruption of the footprint pattern.
