Metamucil 3-in-1 MultiHealth Fibre made with 100% naturally sourced psyllium fibre:

• 100% Naturally Sourced Psyllium Fibre
• Helps to temporarily suppress appetite when taken prior to a meal
• Helps lower cholesterol levels* to promote heart health *Lowers mildly to moderately elevated cholesterol levels when taken with a low fat diet
• Promotes digestive health by relieving irregularity


Active Ingredient (in each TABLESPOON): Psyllium Husk, Approximately 3.4 g

Inactive Ingredients: Citric Acid, FD&C Yellow No. 6, Natural and Artificial Orange Flavor, Sucrose

For adults only: Mix powder with least 240 mL of liquid up to 3-4 times daily. An additional glass of liquid is helpful. For best results in lowering cholesterol, take Metamucil with a meal.
