Psyllium husk, maltodextrin, berry flavour, citric acid, malic acid, acesulfame potassium, aspartame, red 40, blue 1, phenylalanine.

Keep out of reach of children.
May cause an allergic reaction in people sensitive to inhaled or ingested psyllium.
May cause temporary gas and/or bloating.
Do not use within 2 hours of taking any other medications or natural health products, or if you have: difficulty in swallowing, diabetes mellitus in which blood sugar is difficult to regulate, abdominal pain, fever, nausea or vomiting, a sudden change in bowel habits persisting for 2 weeks, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, failure to defecate following the use of another laxative.
Consult a doctor prior to use if you are taking medications which inhibit peristaltic movement (e.g. opioids, loperamide) or if constipation persists for more than seven days, symptoms worsen, or rectal bleeding occurs.
Stop use as these may be signs of a serious condition.
Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat and may cause choking.
If you have chest pain, vomiting or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking the product, seek immediate medical attention.

Put powder into empty glass and mix with 240 ml water or other cool liquid.
Stir briskly and drink promptly. Do not interrupt medication.
Start by taking 1 serving each day.
As your body adjusts to increased fibre intake, gradually increase to 3 servings per day. Generally, takes effect in 12-72 hours.

Adults and children over 12: one rounded teaspoon (5.8 g) or three level teaspoons (5.8 g) in 240 ml (8 oz) liquid up to 3 times daily.
Children (6-12 years): ½ the adult serving (2.9 g) in 240 ml liquid up to 3 times daily.
