Nature's Bounty Prenatal Complete Multivitamin with Omega Softgels speciality multivitamin formula provides 19 vitamins, minerals and nutrients to help support women before, during and after pregnancy. This softgel helps reduce the risk of neural tube defects when taken daily at least three months prior to becoming pregnant & during early pregnancy. They also help support normal early development of the fetal brain and spinal cord.


Each Softgel Contains:
Beta Carotene (all-trans beta carotene) 2400 mcg (4000 IU)
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 100 mg
Vitamin D (cholecalciferol) 10 mcg (400 IU)
Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol) 20 mg AT (30 IU)
Vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate) 1.8 mg
Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 1.7 mg Niacinamide 20 mg
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 2.6 mg
Folic Acid 800 mcg
Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 8 mcg
Biotin 100 mcg
Pantothenic Acid (calcium d-pantothenate) 10 mg
Calcium (calcium carbonate) 200 mg
Iron (ferrous fumarate) 28 mg
Zinc (zinc oxide) 25 mg

Fish Oil (anchovy and sardine) 530 mg Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 30 mg Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 200 mg.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Annatto colour, corn oil, dl-alpha tocopherol, gelatin, glycerin, lecithin, natural mango and guava flavour, silicon dioxide, soybean oil, titanium dioxide.

Adults: take 1 tablet daily
