Icy Hot Advanced Medicated Spray temporarily relieves aches and pains of muscles and joints, associated with one or more of the following: Simple backache, Lumbago, Strains, Sprains (involving muscles, tendons and or ligaments), Arthritis.
Medicinal Ingredient: Menthol 16% w/w
Carefully read the product label before use. If you are not sure about how to use this product, ask your doctor for guidance. • For external use only • Use only as directed • Do not bandage or use with a heating pad; the application of external heart such as an electric heating pad may result in excessive skin irritation or burn • Skin burns (swelling, erythema, bullous lesions, pain) including severe skin burns and skin necrosis have sometimes been reported with products containing menthol. If you experience pain, swelling or blistering, stop use and get medical help right away. • Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with water • Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin • Do not spray onto face • Do not inhale spray mist or fumes • Do not use in large quantities, particularly over raw surfaces or blistered areas. • If overdose or accidental ingestion occurs, call a Poison Control Center immediately. • Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. • Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 7 days • Hypersensitivity such as allergy has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. • Stop use and ask a doctor if: • Condition worsens • Rash of irritation develops • Symptoms persist for more than 7 days or clear up and occur again within a few days • You experience: weakness, confusion, headache, difficulty breathing, discoloured skin, or any other unusual symptoms. Keep out of reach of children. Close cap tightly after use. Flammable: • Do not use in presence of open flame or spark. • Do not place in hot water or near radiators, stoves of other sources of heat. • Contents under pressure; do not puncture or incinerate. • Do not store at temperatures above 50°C (122°F).
Adults and children 12 years of age or older. Spray thinly and evenly to the affected area with desired amount of product, but not more than 3 to 4 times daily. Do not use on children under 12 years of age.
