Medicinal Ingredients:
UC-II Collagen 40 mg
Containing 27.2 mg of chicken sternum cartilage (Gallus gallus), providing 10 mg Total Collagen and 1.2mg unhydrolyzed Type II Collagen 10 mg
Glucosamine sulfate 100 mg
(Glucosamine sulfate KCI from Shrimp and Crab exoskeleton)
Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid) 10 mg
Magnesium (Oxide) 20 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, vegetable magnesium stearate, silica, gelatin.
NO salt (NaCl), starch, gluten, lactose, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Adults: Take 1 capsule daily. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 3 months.
