Medicinal Ingredients:
Elemental Magnesium (Bisglycinate, Citrate*) 300 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Citric acid, tartaric acid, natural flavours (lemon, lime), xylitol, stevia, thaumatin.

*Magnesium carbonate and citric acid form highly absorbable ionic magnesium citrate when combined with water.

NO artificial colours, flavours or preservatives

Adults: For best results, dissolve 1 scoop (4.38 g) in 1 cup (250 mL) of hot water. Take once daily.

Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.
