Cod Liver Oil is a natural source of vitamin D and A and assists in the absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus. Vitamin A and D help to maintain bone health and immune functions.


Each Softgel Contains:
Cod liver oil (liver)* 1000 mg Vitamin A. 805 mcg RAE (2664 IU) (*cod liver oil/vitamin A palmitate) Vitamin D 5 mcg (200 IU) (*cod liver oil/cholecalciferol) *Gadus morhua, Atlantic cod.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: : Gelatin, Glycerin, Water.

Adults: take 1 softgel daily, preferably with a meal.
