Chase Kolik Original Gripe Water

Medicinal Ingredients:
each teaspoon (5 mL) contains: ethyl alcohol 95% (plant) 0.1945 mL (3.89% v/v), sodium bicarbonate (mineral) 50.0 mg, zingiber officinale, ginger tincture (root) 0.05 mL, anethum graveolens, dill oil (stalk, seeds, leaves) 0.002 mL

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
polysorbate 80, sucrose, water

To be taken orally. Shake well before using

Single Dose (by age):
• Newborn - 1/2 tsp (2.5mL)
• 1-6 months - 1 tsp (5mL)
• over 6 months - 2 tsps (10mL)

May be repeated up to 4 times daily as required
